In my current role of Project manager for the EYRES Action Sports Games, incorporating the International Waterski and Wakeboarding World Cup being held in Mandurah as part of the Channel Seven Mandurah Crab fest, I have once again engaged the services of Prestige Catering to coordinate full catering services (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals) both on and off site for up to 160 guests per sitting per day over a 5 day period. Michael and his team also were responsible for catering of this event in2012 and we were extremely happy with the quality of product and experience of staff and service provision. Michael has developed a high benchmark for service delivery and should be congratulated for his ongoing commitment to the industry.
