Appointment of Susan Smits to the position of Head Chef

Prestige Catering and Event Hire announces the appointment of Susan Smits to the position of Head Chef. Chef Susan has been with Prestige in the position of Sous Chef since 2011 and has spent the last 2 years working closely with Managing Director Michael McCafferty before being promoted to head the kitchen team. Susan heads a team of 15 in the kitchen and brings a wealth of experience to the position.
